All guests are required to book and pay for their own airfare to Chiang Mai, Thailand. The closest airport to the hotel is Chiang Mai International Airport (CNX).Registration and Lunch

All guests will be responsible for their own hotel costs if they choose to arrive before the event begins or stay after it ends. The discounted room rate for this event is USD 158.00 per night. The additional charge for double occupancy is USD 16.00 per night. Event organizers will book your hotel room based upon the dates you provide in your registration. Do note 2 nights stay accommodation from 29th – 31st Oct is provided by Juniper to each participant. Please DO NOT contact the hotel directly.

Guest will be responsible for any extra cost incurred as a result of special requests. Should guests choose to extend their stay or visit earlier, the discounted room rate at USD 158.00 per night based on single/double occupancy is only limited to 3 days before or after the event.

Extensions are based on availability only. We cannot guarantee your extension at the time of your registration. A member of our team will contact you after your special requests have been received. Should there be any additional occupancy required, requests should be made known in order and the additional cost incurred will be on guests own personal account.

If you would like for us to arrange airport transfers, please have your flight information ready when you fill out the registration form. Once you have arrived at Chiangmai International Airport (CNX), please secure your luggage and meet our Events Team outside of the baggage claim—the Staff will be holding a JUNIPER NETWORKS welcome sign. The chauffeur will take you to Shangri-La Hotel Chiang Mai.

All tourists traveling to Chiang Mai and anywhere in Thailand must possess a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond their intended length of stay. Visit the Royal Thailand Embassy website for the most current information. If you arrive in Thailand without an appropriate visa or pre-approval for a visa on arrival, you will be denied entry. If your passport is lost or stolen in Thailand, you must obtain both a replacement passport and a replacement Thai visa.

If you have an emergency, please contact your Embassy and Consulate General can issue you a limited valid replacement passport in as little as one day; however, the Thailand government requires three to five working days, in addition to the day of application, to issue a replacement visa.
